The work to be performed consists, in general, of constructing a neighborhood park on five acres of undeveloped land. The project includes landscape, irrigation, 2 playground areas, fitness equipment area, shade structures, 2 half basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, park security lighting, utilities, grading & drainage, and other park amenities including park benches, monument signs, barbeque grills, drinking fountains, etc.
