This requirement is sole sourced to Nufern, 7 Airport Park Road, East Granby, CT 06026, due to be the only company that can provide a linewidth broadner that is capable of expanding a spectral line at 1064 nm frin 1-3 GHz to 15-17 Ghz. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
