PAE Applied Technologies is contemplating a Service Contract for linen services at Vance Air Force Base, OK to include one (1) base period with option period(s) to be determined subject to requirements and availability of funding.

Vendor agrees that if PAE Applied Technologies, LLC is not awarded a contract for the operation of Vance AFB, OK, the successor contractor will have the option on entering into an agreement between both parties to continue services subject to the availability of funds.

Notice:  Vance AFB, OK has a policy that all vendor personnel entering the base will be subject to a background check before access is granted.  A form will be provided for the request.  Requests should be submitted no later than 15 days prior to contract start date.
