This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order for the procurement of replacement Linear Accelerators with accessory packages to Varex Imaging Corporation. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
