This is a notification that a modification will be issued to add sole source NSN to BAE Requirement Type Umbrella Corporate Contract SP400-06-D-9405. The modification will contain NSN from the Defense Supply Center, Richmond. NSN is available upon request. BAE Division with Cage #89954 (Contract SPE400-03-D-9439) is established as the Subsumable Umbrella Contract. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The respond should include a complete surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211.9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured Inventory is in the best interest of the Government. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Note 22 applies.
