The Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) 338TH Military Intelligence Battalion (MIB), has a requirement for lodging contract on 17-30 Jun, 2018 for all of their Troop Program Unit (TPU) soldiers.

The hotel shall be located within 10 miles of 2010 Harry Wurzbach Road, Building 1620, San Antonio, TX 78209. Hotel shall include wired or wireless internet at no additional cost. Hotel shall have an exercise facility or fitness room available for use at no additional cost. Hotel shall be located within 2 miles of dine-in restaurants or fast food restaurants. Hotel shall provide security 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The contractor shall provide the number of standard guest rooms requested in paragraph 2.1.1. All guest rooms shall have at a minimum two queen or full size beds. All guest rooms shall be located within 10 miles of 338TH Military Intelligence Battalion Headquarters, 2010 Harry Wurzbach Road, Building 1620, San Antonio, TX 78209
