QUESTION: Could you clarify the purpose of the white paper for "Plate Backers"- This could be read and interpreted to mean the composite material which is either internal or external to a hard armor plate. I.e. soft armor plate backers, or a composite backing to a ceramic strike face.
ANSWER: We are interested in the internal hard armor composite backing to the ceramic strike face. We are interested in a standalone configuration which would not include any soft armor backing.
