Deadline: Friday, Sept 24, 2021 at 11:00AM Willdan Energy Solutions, acting as the Lead Agency on behalf Salem County, invites sealed bids for Lighting Upgrades. Specifications may be obtained on Aug 27, 2021, by reaching out to Rahul Sheth of Willdan Energy Solutions at [email protected]. Bids shall be made on the standard bid forms and submitted in the manner designated within the Specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes with the outermost envelope bearing the legend, “Bid for Lighting” on the outside. The bids shall be returned to the Salem County Purchasing Agent no later than Friday, Sept 24, 2021 at 11:00AM prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public at 110 5th Street, Suite 400, Salem NJ 08079. Late bids will not be considered. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975, C.127 (NJAC 17:27) Affirmative Action and P.L. 1977, c. 33 as amended by P.L. 2016, c. 43, N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 Corporate Disclosure.
