This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Purchase Request (PR) # F1R36A2123A001. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. The NAICS Code is 423120, this is a small business set aside.
