The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for a non-personnel services contract to provide lift tickets between 5,500 feet and 12,500 feet Above Ground Level (AGL).

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research ONLY to determine the availability of small business firms for a potential small business set-aside. There is no guarantee that an award will be made from this Sources Sought. Potential offerors possessing the capabilities necessary to provide the required service are invited to respond via email to Sandra Bramble at [email protected]. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Capability statements will be evaluated for the purpose of determining whether to set-aside the requirement for small businesses. Other than small businesses may respond to this NOTICE in the event that the market does not indicate that small businesses can support the requirement. All responses due by 1:00 PM EST, 22 March 2019 and shall include reference number H92239-19-T-LIFT in the subject line and submission of any documents.
