Life Preservers and Floatation Cells-  5 items are being procured. Two Floatation Cells, which fall under National Stock Numbers 4220-00-868-9259 and 4220-00-868-9260 as well as three Life Preservers which fall under NSNs 4220-00-059-6061, 4220-00-268-9720, and 4220-00-850-8655. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 15. The IQC will be for a two-year base period, with three one-year options. Option Pricing will apply. Surge requirements exists for NSN 4220-00-268-9720.. The procurement is for 5 competitive NSNs. The following numbered notes apply: 9, 12 and 26. Offers will be evaluated based on price only. Solicitation SPM8EH-13-R-0003 is expected to be issued on or about 5/15/2013 and may not become available until the solicitation issue date.
