PORT OF LONGVIEW LIEBHERR BUCKET CONVERSION Bids Due 3:00 pm, February 6, 2020 INVITATION TO BID PROJECT NO: 20-002-ITB PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Port of Longview (Port) is seeking to obtain a firm price for the conversion of one 1) 22-yd elec tro-hydraulic clamshell bucket that works with a Liebherr Crane. The crane is owned by the Port of Longview. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Port of Longview will receive bids in the office of the Contracts Administrator, Port of Longview, 10 Port Way, Longview, Washington, either in person, delivery by USPS or other carri er/courier, or via email to:
[email protected] no later than 3:00 p.m. on February 6, 2020. BID DOCUMENTS: The complete bid documents may be accessed from the Port's website at http://www.portoflong view.com/Bids.aspx. In addition to posting on the above website, the Port also may email addenda information out to all known bidders for convenience purposes only. The Port shall not be held responsible for a bidder's failure to receive the email with the addenda infor mation. It is the sole responsibility of all interested bidders to diligently visit the above-listed website to see if any addenda have been issued prior to submitting their bid to the Port. Those interested in obtaining addenda information via email for a particular invi tation to bid must send the Port its request in writing to the following email address:
