The Naval Medical Research Center intends to award a sole source contract to Buffalo Supply Inc., Lafayette, CO, 80026. This is not a request for competitve proposals; however, if interested, the G vernment shall consider all responses.

The requirement is for a sole source contract to provide an annual extended maintenance service agreement to include coverage of the electronic components necessary for the proper operations of the existing Licox Brain Tissue Oxygen Monitoring System. Annual preventive maintenance and calibration of the monitor. The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to cover a base period of 12-months followed by two 12-month option periods for a total of 36 months.
