The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to acquire uninterruptable power supplies (UPS) for the Packard Campus of the National Audio Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) in Culpeper, Virginia. The Library operates the NAVCC technical plant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Library uses uninterruptable power supplies to prevent damage (from power over-voltages, under-voltages and outages) to its equipment and to allow the orderly shutdown of its systems in the event of a total power outage, including both manual and automatic shutdown processes.

This shall be a Firm Fixed-Price contract type. Award shall be made by Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.
