The Davenport Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for operating a Café/Coffee Shop at The Library | Eastern located at 6000 Eastern Avenue, Davenport, Iowa. Vendors interested in a lease agreement to operate the Café/Coffee Shop are encouraged to submit a proposal. The Library | Eastern is a 26,000 sq. ft. facility that offers two community rooms with combined seating of 120 people. Current customer traffic is approximately 62,000 annually (Jan. – Dec. 2021).
