The purpose of this amendment number three is to change the answer to question number 25 raised under amendment two of the RFP dated, April 22, 2015.

Accordingly, therefore, the answer to question number 25 is amended as follows:

Question 25: For cost evaluation purposes, can USAID/Liberia   provide a fixed conversion rate (Liberian dollars   to US dollars) to be used by all offerors in the preparation of their cost proposals?

Answer: U S. Dollar is recognized as legal tender in Liberia. All cost proposals for this solicitation should therefore be prepared and presented in U. S. Dollars.
