The purpose of the amendment number is to do the following:

1)   Extend the Anticipated Date of Response to Questions for this solicitation from April 08, 2015, 5:00p.m. Monrovia time to April 24, 2015, 05.00p.m. Monrovia time;

2)     Extend the closing date for this solicitation from April 20, 2015, 05.00p.m. Monrovia time to May 15, 2015, 05:00p.m. Monrovia time.

The purpose of the Liberia Accountability and Voice Initiative (LAVI), hereafter referred to as "the program", is to strengthen multi-stakeholder partnerships to advocate for and monitor policy and accountability reforms. It contributes to the overall goal of USAID/Liberia's civil society and media interventions, which is to increase the influence of citizens and media in the governance of public goods and services, and to Development Objective 1 in USAID/Liberia's CDCS: more effective, accountable, and inclusive governance.
