The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition for the repairs and enhancements to existing Liberator Street, from the intersections of North Perimeter Rd to 1st Avenue, to include the widening of major intersections (North Perimeter Rd, Red Fir Ave, Aardvark Ave, Phantom St, and Gunfighter Ave) for commercial traffic turning radii. This is to be a full replacement, including new sub-base, base, and asphalt throughout. Utilities within the intersections to be widened will need to be relocated (main Idaho Power transmission/distribution lines are impacted at Aardvark and Phantom). Existing roadway width will be maintained except for said major intersections. Installation of conduits for future utility crossings on Liberator St will also be included. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 2373100 - Street Construction.
