The Work includes earthwork, textured LLDPE, and 2 deep vertical gas vents to complete 2-acres of final cover on top of the MSW landfill, and piping for drainage improvements. Earthwork will include approximately 7,000 CY of on-site material and 3,000 CY of drainage material provided by Contractor. Common excavation and backfill of 400 CY is required to complete a C&D landfill base development by July 31, 2020. Approximately 450 LF of 6-inch double walled CPE pipe is required for the drainage improvements. Related work includes 286 cubic yards of class 5; temporary sump modifications; installation of 140 LF of shallow rock gas vents, erosion control features.
