The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to renew annual license subscriptions to the following LAW PreDiscovery and Early Data Analyzer software - LAW EDD Premium (11), Searchable PDF (11), EDA Basic Bundle (1), EDA Export Bundle (4), Full Text Indexing (1), and OCR ABBYY (1). In addition, CFTC will add the following new subscriptions - LAW EDD Premium (4), Searchable PDF (4), EDA Basic Bundle (1), and Text Indexing (3). These products will be purchased on a sole source basis from LexisNexis. The license subscription period for these subscriptions will be October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. This software will support the culling of irrelevant data from full LAW processing and inclusion in Concordance databases. This software is proprietary to LexisNexis, the only known source for purchase of these license subscriptions. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date identified above. Written reposes must include sufficient information to established capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination will be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
