The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Reed Elsevier dba Mathew Bender & Co., for the renewal of its LexisNexis Mathew Bender Subscription. The period of performance is for twelve months. LexisNexis Mathew Bender is used at PBGC for updates to their subscriptions and legal treaties. Legal resources for PBGC attorneys are maintained and updated using LexisNexis Mathew Bender.

The LexisNexis Mathew Bender subscription contains updates which are proprietary to LexisNexis Mathew Bender and cannot be obtained from any other source. This renewal is being made as sole source procurement to allow compatibility with existing systems used by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
