The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to exercise the first option year under Contract No. CFIT-11-CO-0091 with LexisNexis for renewal of license subscriptions to the following LAW PreDiscovery and Early Data Analyzer software - LAW EDD Premium (15), Searchable PDF (15), EDA Basic Bundle (2), EDA Export Bundle (4), Full Text Indexing (4), and OCR ABBYY (1). The license subscription period for these subscriptions will be October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014. This contract also includes one more renewal option for the period October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. The CFTC does not intend to publish a further notice at this website prior to exercising the final option. This software will support the culling of irrelevant data from full LAW processing and inclusion in Concordance databases. This software is proprietary to LexisNexis, the only known source for purchase of these license subscriptions. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date identified above. Written reposes must include sufficient information to established capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination will be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
