The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) currently has seven Law 5.0 EDD Premium bundle software license subscriptions with Searchable PDF plus one Early Data Analyzer Basic Bundle and one Early Data Analyzer Export Bundle license, and intends to purchase three new Early Data Analyzer Export Bundle licenses on a sole source basis from LexisNexis, 1150 18th Street, NW, Suite 600, Washington, DC. The license subscription period for these new licenses will be April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012. This software will support the culling of irrelevant data from full LAW processing and inclusion in Concordance databases. This software is proprietary to LexisNexis, the only known source for purchase of these license subscriptions. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date identified above. Written reposes must include sufficient information to established capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination will be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
