Amendment 000005 (attached as a PDF file).

The purpose of this Amendment is as follows:

1) To extend the due date of proposals to 12:00 p.m. (EST) on January 12, 2016. Section L.1 is updated accordingly, as reflected on the following pages.

2) To change the anticipated base period of performance from "01/01/2016 to 12/31/2016" to "04/01/2016 through 03/31/2017". And to change the anticipated total (potential) period of performance of this requirement, inclusive of all option periods, from "01/01/2016 to 12/31/2020" to "04/01/2016 through 03/31/2021". Section F.3 is updated accordingly, as reflected on the following pages.

3) To remove and replace Attachment 6, Wage Determination, with the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between Bowhead Support Group, LLC and The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers And Its Industrial District Lodge 1 For Employees Working at Letterkenny Army Depot, Pennsylvania. Sections H.10 and Section J are updated accordingly, as reflected on the following pages.
Note: While DOL approval hasn't been obtained, the Contracting Officer made a determination, based on adequate information available, that incorporation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement is on par with other CBAs for similar work throughout the nation.

4) To remove and replace all pages of the solicitation document with the pages included in this amendment. All changes incorporated into this solicitation via Amendment 000005 are identified in the following pages in a track-changes format by a black vertical bar on the left side of each changed line of text. All future references to this solicitation, as well as all proposals submitted in response to this solicitation, shall be in accordance with this amended version of the solicitation.
