Notice Summary WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON LETTER OF INTENT (#2020.104P) Notice is hereby given that Washington County, Oregon is requesting Letters of Intent to Apply from qualified contractors to provide pre employment medical screenings for the Washington County Sheriff's Office. The Washington County Sheriff's Office intends to engage in a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for pre employment medical screening based on a minimum number of two responses to the request for Letter of Intent. The qualification to submit a Letter of Intent is that the respondent must certify that the doctor interviewing holds a Doctorate from an accredited institution and has at least 5-years' experience in performing Law Enforcement Medical examinations in accordance with the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards; and that services will be able to begin immediately upon execution of a contract. Qualified organizations must submit a Letter of Intent in order to apply through the RFP process. Respondents must be licensed to do business in the State of Oregon. Through the RFP process, the County will select one contractor to provide these services. Letters of Interest must be received by 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 29, 2020.
