Notice Summary WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON LETTER OF INTENT (No. 2020.118L) Notice is hereby given that Washington County, Oregon is requesting Letters of Intent from qualified providers interested in contracting the County to provide HIV testing, counseling, and referral services for residents of Washington County. The contract begins July 1, 2021 and extends through June 30, 2024. The Washington County Department of Health and Human Services intends to engage in a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for HIV testing counseling and referral services based on a minimum number of two responses to the request for Letter of Intent. The respondent must be licensed by the State of Oregon to provide HIV testing counseling and referral services and must be able to locate the services in Washington County to be qualified to submit a Letter of Intent. Qualified treatment organizations must submit a Letter of Intent in order to participate in the RFP process to establish a contract for HIV testing, counseling, and referral services provider for the Washington County Department of Health and Human Services. The organization shall provide services to adults with special emphasis on target populations (men who have sex with men, persons who inject drugs, persons who engage in sex work and persons with anonymous sex partners of unknown serostatus).
