DESC: 42d Contracting Squadron (42d CONS) at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL is requesting industry information in order to decide how to best structure a LeMay Center (LMC) Support Service Contract to replace the Support Services for Wargames and Doctrine Education (SSWADE) contract. The current contract expires August 2011. This is a Request for Information (RFI) ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication a contract will exist to meet this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of industry standards and capabilities related to the service areas within the LMC. All potentially qualified businesses are encouraged to respond. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) are 541XXX, 561XXX, and 611XXX.

The Government requests that interested concerns furnish the following information:
1. Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address
2. Recommended NAICS code for the services found in the PWS.
3. Type of business, i.e., small, large, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, service-disable Veteran-owned small business, etc
4. Brochure and literature relevant to one or more of services areas
5. Recommended performance management practices for the respective services areas
6. Information to demonstrate relevant knowledge of one or more of the service areas
7. Commercial-off-the-shelf and/or government-off-the-shelf products applicable to one or more of the service areas
8. List of existing contract vehicles applicable to one or more of the service areas
9. If an Industry Day is deemed beneficial by the government, indicate whether or not your company is interested in attending to enhance the government's understanding of industry's capabilities and provide industry a greater insight into the government's requirements.
Interested sources must respond by close of business 25 Sep 09. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such.
