This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for legal services to be provided to the Indianola Municipal Utilities (hereinafter referred to as “Utility”). The Utility is seeking law firms with extensive experience representing municipal entities in the areas of municipal law and government operations, utility law and operations, employment and labor law, construction law, contract preparation and review, public financing, and complex litigation.
