This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there is any other businesses that can provide the CLINs provided above, they must respond to this notice before 2:00 pm CST on 28 September 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to West Publishing Corporation.
