LEGAL NOTICE The Durham Registrars of Voters Will have a voter registration session on Monday, November 1st in their office on the 2nd floor of the Durham Town Hall from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. Those seeking to vote in November 2, 2021, whose qualifications as to age, citizenship or residence was attained after October 27, 2021 can register from 9 a.m. to noon.
