LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO QUOTE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT FOR WARREN TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT # 121 Quotes for the Asbestos Abatement at Warren Township High School O'Plaine Campus, 500 N. O'Plaine Road, Gurnee, IL 60031, will be received via email by Midwest Environmental Consulting Services, Inc. until 11:30 am on the 27th day of July, 2022. Removal Specifications may be obtained at the mandatory pre-bid walk through conducted by the Consultant, Midwest Environmental Consulting Services, Inc., 2551 N. Bridge St., Yorkville, Illinois 60560, Phone 630-553-3989. Contractors must call 24 hours prior to reserve a set of Removal Specifications. There will be a $100.00 non-refundable deposit for each set of Removal Specifications. There will be a one-time Pre-Quote Walk Through in order for the contractors to review the project scope of work at 9:00 am on July 20, 2022. Attendance at this walk through is mandatory. Failure to attend will result in disqualification of the contractor's quote. By submission of quote, it is understood that the contractor has satisfied this mandatory requirement. Each contractor is to submit a lump sum quote and requested alternate quotes for the entire project. The Asbestos Abatement Contractor is responsible for all work outlined in this specification, however, he will not be responsible for coordination of trades that are not part of his Contract.
