The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Decatur Legacy Park ADA Renovations for Williams and Gillespie Cottages, Decatur, Georgia 30030, on April 27, 2022 until 10:00 am, in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This work project includes the ADA conversion of restrooms and the addition of a ramp at the Williams and Gillespie cottages located on the campus of Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030. The project is specifically outlined in the architectural document included in this request for proposal. The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked the “The Decatur Legacy Park ADA Renovations for Williams and Gillespie Cottages”. The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A pre-bid meeting onsite is scheduled for 10:00AM, April 19, 2022 at Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030. A site visit can also occur by appointment.
