The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for construction of the Decatur Legacy Park Accessible and Inclusive Playground, until 10:00 AM, May 3, 2022 in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This work project includes retrofitting the existing playground for ADA accessibility of the current playground located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030 The proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked “Sealed Bid for Decatur Legacy Park Accessible and Inclusive Playground ” The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00AM, April 21, 2022 onsite at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030.
