This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise and capabilities to meet the engineering services requirements for the USAF F-15 legacy Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) software sustainment in support of operational and developmental test (OT/DT) units and labs.  The scope of this acquisition is to secure the services required to sustain the OT/DT variant of legacy IMIS to include critical Built-in-Test (BIT) logic updates and consistency between OT/DT flight test units and OEM sustained test labs.

This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI) to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only.

This request does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. There is no solicitation available at this time. Contractor proposals will receive no response. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. The Air Force has not yet determined the acquisition strategy for this requirement, including determining if a set-aside strategy is appropriate.

Responses to this Request for Information must be submitted in accordance with the attached document titled "Legacy IMIS RFI".
