The City of Irving Capital Improvement Program Department invites Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualification statements to provide professional services for the design of a new Indoor Park Aquatic Facility to be located at 901 South Senter Rd, Irving, TX 75060. The city is planning to pursue a LEED Certified rating for this project. To facilitate LEED Certification, the city is advertising to hire a Commissioning Authority to oversee Commissioning services associated with the design and construction of the new Indoor Park Aquatic Facility. There will be no pre-submittal conference in conjunction with this RFP. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements will be identified in the specifications.
