The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for the landscape maintenance of the Warner Robins Law Enforcement Center located at 100 Watson Blvd. to be placed on an Annual Contract. The prices are to remain firm for a one (1) year period with the possibility of an additional one year renewal period. The contract period will be July 01, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Contractors are required to visit the site before bidding. All questions must be submitted through the City of Warner Robins' IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. local time. The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
