The Regional Contracting Office Northeast, MCB, Quantico, VA intends to award an IDIQ Contract to the Marine Corps Association, P.O. Box 1775, Quantico, VA for one to four year subscriptions (for each magazine) to the “Leatherneck” and ‘Marine Corps Gazette”. The contract period will be a base year with four option years. Orders may be placed against this contract by Marine Corps commands and other military units worldwide. The MCA is the sole publisher of these magazines and is the only source that can provide the required subscriptions. See note 22. This notice is effective for 10 days after the posting date.
