The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, is conducting a space survey in COLFAX, Louisiana, to determine the availability of approximately 1811 rentable s.f. of office space. Rentable office space must yield 1575 s.f. to 1811 s.f. of ANSI/BOMA usable s.f., available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment.  Occupancy will be required by July 1, 2012.  The Government will consider space to be constructed or space in an existing building.  The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications and be located within1 mile COLFAX Louisiana city limits in any given direction in accordance with the Solicitation.  This will be a fully serviced lease to include but not limited to Janitorial and Utilities.
