The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that will be expiring.  The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 11,830 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet.

              Minimum ABOA square feet:         11,830
              Maximum ABOA square feet:        12,000

 The lease term requirement is for approximately two (2) years and ten (10) months.  The space must be available for occupancy by December 1, 2011.  The delineated area is located in Monroeville, Pennsylvania:

                North:    William Penn Highway (BUS22)            
                South:   Chestnut Street (130)
                East:     Pitcairn Road
                West:    Larimer Ave.

Other applicable requirements include the following features:

Proximity to public transportation
Proposed building is void of any Bank or Financial services tenant
Security

The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through replication, such as physical move costs, replication tenant improvement and telecommunications Infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 p.m. on August 24, 2011 and must include the following information:

     Building name and address and location of the available space within the building
     Rentable square feet available, expected rental rate per rentable square foot fully serviced
     Indicate what amount of tenant improvement allowance funds provided by the landlord
     Amount of parking available on-site and its cost
     List of building services provided

The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based in part on information received in response to this advertisement.
