WANTED TO LEASE

OFFICE SPACE

TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT

The United States Government desires to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 2,291 rentable square feet of contiguous space in Lorain, Ohio.  The space must yield between 1,922 to 2,018ANSI/BOMA usable square feet.

Term of lease will be 10 years, 5 years firm.  The building must be located within the City Limits of Lorain, Ohio.

The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.  Occupancy is desired by February 17, 2011.

In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA).

Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
