The USDA, APHIS seeks to lease the following space:

State:  AZ
City:  Yuma
Delineated Area:  North I-8; South 15th St; West Colorado River; East Araby Rd
Approximately 1,900 ABOA SF
Parking:  fenced in area for 5 Government vehicles, 20'x8' storage container and 1 boat
Full Term:  10 years
Firm Term:  5 years
Additional Requirements:  Space will consist of approximately 1,380 usf office and 570 sf laboratory.
USDA currently occupies space under a lease in Yuma, AZ that will be expiring.  The USDA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the USDA will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisy the USDA's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infranstructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
