Specifications for: Hydrogen Deuterium Exchange Automation Manager
The Influenza group in the Clinical Chemistry Branch, Division of Laboratory Sciences, requires an automation manager for hydrogen deuterium exchange (HDX) mass spectrometry analysis to ensure the highest quality measurements, increase sample throughput and minimize instrument down time.
The HDX automation manager must have the following specifications.
- Must have (2) temperature-controlled sample trays with a range of 0 to 37 C.
- Sample trays must be configured for both standard 1.5 mL autosampler vials and 10 mL reagent vials simultaneously.
- Must have an accurate and reproducible sample transfer system, with 1-250 µL volumetric range.
- Scheduling software must automate the precise labeling and quenching of reactions.
- Injector must integrate directly to the Waters HDX Manager currently in use.
- LC-MS and valve triggering events must integrate directly to the Waters HDX Manager currently in use.
- Must fit on a table 37.0” x 25.5” (W x D)
- Must meet 115-120V, 60 Hz electrical requirements
