1. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to announce that the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), Command/Customer Support Office located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia has a requirement for program support for Lean Six Sigma (LSS) implementation and execution across DESC. The requirement involves Facilitating and training personnel, proof of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation is required. 2. This sources sought is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited: no basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses under this announcement.
