NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Center for Global Health (CGH), announces its intention to negotiate and issue a sole source award to Executive Leadership Skills, International (ELSI), Madison, Alabama. ELSI shall deliver training in the course entitled "Leadership Education and Development (LEAD)." CDC intends to negotiate this requirement under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The purpose of this project is to provide consultation and technical assistance from the only qualified source who will partner with CDC in using ELSI copyrighted materials. Other tasks will consist of surveys, assessment tools, and project reports. This effort requires the Contractor to make available the LEAD training for at least 24 participants. The anticipated performance period is four months. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 with a small business size standard of $7 million. This requirement will be a small business set-aside and will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 procedures.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/Quotes. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement.
