This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Mission Information Resources, located at 47 Flaherty Road, Lancaster, NH, 03584-3330 under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the Leaders Tactical Handbooks for the Training and Education Command (TECOM) in support of the United States Marine Corps. The overall objective of this requirement is to provide support to TECOM and Ground Training Branch (GTB) to develop, revise, and update the LTH and designed annexes for Marine TBS officer students, SOI enlisted infantry leader students and instructors, and select Marine MOS school students. A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
