The purpose of solicitation SPE7MX16R0022 is to implement the Industrial Product - Support Vendor (IPV) program of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The scope of this contract is for total supply chain management in direct support of bench stock items. Bench stock items are required for maintenance support and/or overhaul of all military weapons systems or related equipment supported at the designated Army site and the items listed on the Complete Schedule of Supplies (SoS) which will be available in Section B of the solicitation when released.

PRE-APPROVAL OF VISITOR ATTENDANCE FOR THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED.

Pre-proposal attendees are required to wear closed toed shoes. Safety glasses and ear protection while touring the facilities will be provided by LEAD. Transportation between the buildings will be provided however the tour will require extensive walking, please be prepared.
