The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The service will encompass the provision of Life Connections Program (LCP) Catholic Spiritual Leader services. The service will be provided for the prisoners held in the custody of the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, MI. This contract will be a total small business set aside. Only quotes from small businesses will be accepted and considered by the Government. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. SOLICITATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the government. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued for the provision of one (1) LCP Catholic Spiritual Leader which will be procured using NAICS code 813110. The requirement for these services will consist of an estimated 1,080 sessions per year (30 hour sessions per week). Each session is defined as one (1) hour in length.

A Market Survey Questionnaire is available, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
