The response date for the market survey is May 25, 2018. No telephone requests or written requests for the Market Survey Questionnaire will be accepted. All responses to the Market Survey questionnaire may be submitted in hard copy to [email protected]. Faith based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Please note: All potential quoters are advised if a solicitation is issued it will include the clause at FAR 52.212-4 (July 2017) for Commercial Items. This clause requires all contractors doing business with the Federal Government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database.
