The United States Air Force, 88th Air Base Wing, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is seeking potential sources to provide 12 LCD 20.1" Rack Mount Flat Panel Display's (LCD Display) that meet the following specifications:

a. 19" rack mountable
b. Flush rack mounting
c. 1600 x 1200 native resolution
d. Capacitive touch screen installed, USB interface
e. Video interface: VGA HD 15, DVI, Video, S-Video, NTSC
f. Front user controls

Firms responding should specify their products which meet the technical specifications attached and provide detailed product information to show clear technical compliance (brochures, handouts and pictures would be helpful).

The Air Force anticipates eventually conducting a competitive acquisition for this award. Please indicate a typical delivery date in the format of # days After Receipt of Order.

Firms responding should indicate whether they are, or are not, a small business, a socially and economically disadvantaged business, or a woman owned business. The general definition of a small business is one that is independently owned and operated, is not dominant in the field of operation in which it is proposing on Air Force contracts and with its affiliates; and the number of employees does not exceed 500. NAICS Code to be used for this acquisition is 334419. The Air Force reserves the right to consider a small business set-aside based upon responses hereto for any subsequent acquisition.
