This procurement is intended for qualified entities interested in providing Layoff Aversion/Business Retention Services. These are allowable under Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Rapid Response (RR) activities listed in Section 665.320 of Title 20 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and the employment generating activities listed in Section 667.262 of the Title 20 CFR. More than one entity could be selected to provide such services.
