DWD is seeking to create a list of qualified business consultants capable of performing comprehensive assessments of companies identified as being at risk of closure or workforce downsizing. The purpose of the assessment is to identify recommended actions that, if implemented, may potentially avert worker layoffs. A company's participation in this program is voluntary. Consultants will be required to perform services at the participating company's place of business.
